Hi Nelson, the goal for the freediving neck weight is to help you stal horizontal during dynamics (pool), to reduce the energy needed to help you stay underwater.
It highly improves streamlining, especially in dynamic apnea. In freediving dynamic apnea (pool) → aim for neutral buoyancy.
